Held a briefing session on overseas derivatives and FX margin solution
Koscom, a leading IT solution provider, announced on June 15 that it held a briefing session on overseas derivatives and FX margin solution at the Koreana Hotel.
About 50 officials from securities and futures firms using Koscom's PowerBase attended at the session. And they demonstrated practice program after getting a briefing about the function and domestic situation of overseas derivatives and FX margin solution. Later then, there was a case study presentation on overseas futures by Jung, Lee Chul, director of Deutsche Securities.
Koscom plans to offer the system to the clients using PowerBase in the type of ASP(Application Service Provider) method, allowing securities and futures firms to directly participate in the overseas futures and FX margin trading.
Jung, Ui Yeon, managing director of Koscom, said, "With the system, our clients could secure a reliable solution that is competitive with rival companies. We will make efforts to further develop a solution allowing CFD(Contract For Difference) trading. (The End)
