Koscom secured the 'first client' for PowerDocu by concluding a deal with Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co. Ltd. Seoul Branch

Koscom, a provider of capital market IT solution and certified e-document depositary service, announced on April 8 that it has concluded a deal with Daiwa Securities Capital Markets Co. Ltd. Seoul Branch(Daiwa Seoul) for providing PowerDocu service.

With PowerDocu based on the certified e-document depositary, Koscom will turn the paper document like an account application form that Daiwa Seoul has into e-document, allowing Daiwa Seoul to check the e-document on the screen.

By using Koscom's PowerDocu service, Daiwa Seoul has no more possibilities of losing or damaging paper documents. In addition, it can hold another original copies and check all kinds of application forms through PC screen without visiting a document  in person.

Koscom CEO Kim, Kwang Hyun stated, "As we have secured the first client in spite of the difficult industry situation, we will make further efforts for customer satisfaction as well as achieve business process improvement and cost reduction by expanding e-document management ASP business for securities firms.
