Koscom won a contract with Hyundai Securities to establish FICC operational system

FICC operational system, a IB solution established by Hyundai Securities to respond to capital market law, reflects IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards) supporting bonds, interest rate, foreign exchange and derivatives.

After having customized OTC(over the counter)derivatives operation solution of Sophis Corp. in France, a Koscom's strategic partner, for six months for Hyundai Securities, Koscom is planning to operate the system in September and on site maintenance and repair service will be provided since then.

By winning the contract, Koscom has secured the first client using its own IB solution and is expected to speed up the process of securing more clients with differentiated factors from overseas solution providers such as on site maintenance&repair service as well as years of experience in the field of financial IT business.

Meanwhile, Koscom has introduced OTC(over the counter)derivatives operation solution and risk management solution in Korea through a strategic alliance with  Sophis Corp. in France last September. And it is further making efforts to establish public infrastructure for derivatives trading at home by signing a MOU with KOFES(Korean Financial Engineering Society) in which professors and financial engineering specialists participate last October. (The End)
