Koscom earned ISO/IEC 20000 Certification

Koscom(CEO Kim, Kwang Hyun), a leading financial IT solution provider has gained ISO/IEC 20000 Certification in the whole area of IT service from LRQA(Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance) of UK on December 26.

ISO/IEC 20000 is an international standard certification for IT service management accredited by ISO(International Standardization Organization) to the organizations which can provide reliable IT service in management and operation complying with the international stand stipulated by ISO.

Koscom got an evaluation for certification on 13 process such as Service Level Management from November to December. Especially, Koscom has been undergoing continuous process improvement for the last five years. It has established an automated system for an effective performance evaluation and management system of IT service, signed Service Legal Agreement with KRX, and implemented an internal agreement on Service Level of PowerBase business.
