Singapore benchmarks Korean capital market IT
Delegations of Singapore capital market visited Koscom on November 19 to benchmark Korean capital market IT system.
About 50 people from Singapore Exchange, Securities Dealer's Association, and securities companies, came to Korea on November 16 and visited KRX and Daishin Securities so far. They visited Koscom to learn about a variety of Korean capital market IT solutions.
Delegations was introduced to diverse Korean capital market IT solutions which Koscom operates, and showed deep interest in trading solutions for securities and futures firms such as PowerBase and MTS.
Jung Eui Yeon, Vice president of Koscom, said, "As the developed capital market like Singapore was impressed with our financial IT services, we will not only export our financial IT solutions to the emerging market through cooperation with KRX but also promote active marketing activities to enter the developed capital market."
