Koscom sponsors major Business Schools in training the global financial professionals

Koscom(CEO, Kim, Kwang Hyun), the largest financial information vendor in Korea, announced on May 19th that it decided to sponsor 3 major Business Schools for the purpose of training the global financial professionals and signed partnership with them, who are Graduate School of Business at Seoul National University(Dean, Tae Sik Ahn, Ph.D.), Korea University Business School(Dean, Hasung Jang, Ph.D.), and Yonsei School of Business(Dean, Sang Yong Park, Ph.D.).

Koscom promoted the partnership with Business Schools as it felt keenly the necessity of the global financial professionals upon the introduction of new capital market regulations effective on February 2009 and the global financial crisis, which began in US in late 2008 and spreaded all over the world.

According to the partnership, 3 Business Schools and Koscom will drive active mutual cooperation in the fields of research activities on how to develop the financial IT industry, and more practical education through spot learning or internship programs.
