Koscom-IDC co-host a "Global Financial Information Seminar for Global Fund Operation"

Koscom Corporation("Koscom" ; CEO Kim, Kwang Hyun), Korea's largest financial information provider who delivers end-of-day price(EOD) and corporate actions(CA) of the companies listed on foreign exchanges, in cooperation with Interactive Data Corporation ("IDC" ; Managing Director of Asia Pacific James Farrer), also a well known global market data vendor, will hold a "Global Financial Information Seminar for Global Fund Operation" on March 16th, 2009 at Bull’s Hall of Korea Financial Investment Association(KOFIA).

During the seminar which is sponsored by KOFIA, a global market expert Robert Cumberbatch will brief an overview of IDC’s strategy and capabilities in the management of high quality reference data, and Manager Kiwoong Kwak from Koscom will introduce Overseas Market Data Service for the Korean asset management market.

Kim, Kwang Hyun, CEO of Koscom said, "I expect that this seminar will be a good opportunity to lessen the burden of the Korea’s asset managements and financial institutions that have had lots of difficulties in global fund related businesses, and this will also help them access to the global market data."
