Koscom pushed ahead with advancement on the distribution method of capital market information

From October, Koscom, providing capital market information, enables information providers to offer market price information to domestic clients through 'Information Data Feed' as well.

According to the plan, clients checking market price information through the exclusive terminal of information providers can directly process and analogize local market price data along with additional information on oversea Exchange quotation secured by the providers through 'Information Data Feed'.

Koscom said that it would start the service in October considering increasing customer demand for direct processing and analysis of investment information on various markets in line with the proliferation of global trading, global standard according to the growing number of nations contracted FTA and the preparation period for information providers at home.

Yun, Yeong Bin, executive officer of Koscom's financial information division, said, "The decision will further strengthen the competitive edge of domestic financial information services by allowing investors simply using information terminal's checking service to diversify market price information in accordance with globalized capital market.
