Emerging Markets Delegations visited Koscom to learn Korean Financial IT

The delegations from 11 emerging markets visited Koscom on Nov. 4th to learn the know-how of Korean capital market IT system.

About 30 apprentice from securities firms, banks, and securities related organizations of 11 countries such as China, Vietnam, India, Egypt, and Kazakhstan visited Korea on Oct. 24th to join the Korean capital market training program which is hosted by Korean Financial Investment Association and ends on Nov. 7th. Koscom joined the program as a finance related organization.

Koscom explained them the status of its actively proceeding overseas business which exports Korean capital market IT solutions to Southeast Asia. The delegations learned developing and operating know-how of Koscom's various products such as trading solutions(PowerBase, MTS), market data services(Market Data, CHECK Expert), and IT infrastructure services.

Mr. Ajay Goenka, Head of the Indian delegation said, "It was a short time visit but the technology and know-how of Korean capital market IT infrastructure we learned from Koscom will give great influence to develope the capital market of Asian emerging market. And we all thank Koscom people for their great efforts and encouragement during the visit."

Jung Eui Yeon, Vice president of Koscom said, "This program gave Koscom an opportunity to introduce the excellence of Korean capital market IT infrastructure to the world. I expect this program will serve as a good momentum of exporting Korean capital market IT solutions to Asia emerging markets in the near future."
