Dream Tree Scholarship is granted to elementary, middle, and high school students who accomplish excellent academic achievements despite their social and economic hardships. The program began in December of 2002. The scholarship is granted every month with the donation raised by both Koscom and its labour union.

Up until recently, about 220 million won has been raised and granted to a total of 64 students. Starting this year, Koscom has increased scholarship amount and the number of recipients in consideration of the difficulties of low-income families which have been worse by recent economic downturn.
